新型コロナウィルスの影響でデビュー３０周年記念ツアー”The Distance Over Time Tour”が中止となってしまったドリームシアターの昨年夏のヨーロッパレグからの映像です。　２０１９年６月２１日のフランスで開催された”Hellfest 2019”でのパフォーマンスをオーディエンスショットで収録しています。　完全収録ではありませんが演奏された曲はすべて収録されています。　ボーナス映像は２０１９年６月１６日のイギリス”Download 2019”でのパフォーマンスから５曲をオーディエンスショットで収録しています。
