16年ぶりの来日公演が実現した、サイモン＆ガーファンクルの東京ドーム公演2DAYSを極上のクオリティーで完全収録！！　ポール・サイモンとアート・ガーファンクルは公演前に、今回の来日公演が２人にとっての最後のツアーになることを示唆し、64年のデビューから45年間を歩み続けてきたサイモン＆ガーファンクルの集大成となる今回の「OLD FRIENDS TOUR 2009」。　しかもその最終公演地として、ここ日本が選ばれたのも奇跡としか言いようが有りません。

本タイトルは音圧を若干調整したのみで、アコースティックの醸し出す空気感をまず一番に尊重し、音色に関してはほぼノー・イコライジングで仕上げました。　当日のドーム内に存在した独特な高揚感そのままに収録してあります。　忘れ得ぬ貴重なこの一夜の為に、貴方に贈る最高の音のBOOKENDSとなるでしょう。　ボーナストラックとしてポール・サイモンのモニター・ミックスを追加収録です。
